What's IT pay? No doubt, as an IT employer, you've heard this question many times. Probably, you've even asked yourself, more than once, are the IT salary ranges and benefits my firm offers competitive in Manitoba? Well, in exchange for about 15 minutes of your time, ICTAM ,in partnership with TellUsAboutUs and The Right Fit Professional Group, will help you answer these questions. Even better, we'll provide you with a reference tool to assist you in planning your recruitment and retention strategies for the coming year.

TechTalentmb is going out to approximately 500 Manitoba firms across various sectors to gather information on salary ranges and benefits for all levels and disciplines of IT roles in our province.

What's the pay back? For those who complete and submit the survey by May 28th, you will receive the results for FREE. Rest assured, all responses provided will be held in the strictest confidence and the final report will include only aggregated information.
